The visionary and technical director behind this miracle is József Barabás, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry, including machinery manufacturing, development, execution, and operation of food processing plants. Margareta Fischer the Owner and CEO of Alba Drive Hungary Ltd. She possesses extensive experience in administration, accounting, and business management. Before her activities at Alba Drive Hungary Ltd., she worked in leadership positions multiple times and became familiar with machinery manufacturing during her career. Under her leadership, the company has shown continuous development and growth. After completing her studies at the University of Pécs, she pursued training in certified accounting, office management, and financial accounting. This background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of administrative tasks.
She is constanly studying, improving her-self and is in the process of obtaining a degree in economics. She speaks English and German fluently, reflecting her lifelong passion for foreign languages. Exceptionally precise, she immediately notices even a single typo. A good judge of character, she tenaciously pursues her goals. Leading Alba Drive, she has maintained her enthusiasm, dynamism, and an unparalleled ability to endure challenges. Her demeanor combines determination with nobility.
JÓZSEF BARABÁS TECHNICAL MANAGER
József Barabás is the technical director and key figure of our enterprise, who was already featured in the Who is Who in Hungary volume in 2012, which is an encyclopedia of the biographies of Hungary’s leading personalities, a collection of extraordinary and enduring achievements.
He encountered industrial controls and production process management in the 1980s, which has since been defining in his life. He still believes that life is continuous learning, and not only says it but also acts upon it. He is constantly learning, enhancing his knowledge. Most recently, he completed the Fanuc robot programming training. Programming these robots is a very complex task. Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience in both theoretical and practical knowledge. Experts from competing companies on the market often seek his opinion and advice. He gained experience in food industry and plant management from well-established Hungarian multinational companies.
Previously, he taught at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as well as at the Óbuda University as a guest lecturer, mostly in the field of automation and PLC programming. He maintains very good relations with the leadership of both universities and provides advice on their development projects related to the food industry. He has nearly 30 years of experience in food manufacturing, development, implementation, and operation.
